We offer Job Development training through our team of skilled job coaches. These individuals set up training, develop professional relationships, and help individuals in the IDD population to prepare for, get and keep gainful employment.
Prevocational Training — Job Development
Our job development program prepares individuals for employment through skill-building, resume development, interview practice, and workplace readiness training. Job coaches work one-on-one to identify strengths, build professional relationships, and connect individuals with opportunities that match their goals.
On the Job Support — Supported Employment
Once placed in a position, our team provides on-site support to help individuals succeed in the workplace. Job coaches assist with learning tasks, navigating workplace expectations, and building the confidence needed to maintain long-term employment independently.
